SIGN-UPS COMING SOON!!!!
Sign-Ups for Cape Youth Tackle Football (CYTF) have been set. There are three days in the coming two weeks that you may register your child?(ren) to play tackle football in the fall:
Saturday, August 8: 2-5pm @ Osage Centre
Wednesday, August 12: 6-8pm @ Osage Centre
Saturday, August 15: 9am-Noon @ Osage Center
All of the forms you need are listed to the right under "Forms for 2009" on this page. The bottom form can be downloaded. You will need to complete this form and bring it with you to register.
Please remember to have your kids wear tennis shoes/shorts to sign-up as they will work through three tests to determine quickness and agility levels.

CONDITIONING CAMP UPDATE
A special thanks to all of those that have been attending the conditioning camp. There are several days still remaining and some slight changes to he remaining schedule.
Those camp dates still remaining are:
Tuesday, August 4: 6-8pm
Thursday, August 6: 6-8pm
Sunday, August 9: 6-8pm
NO CAMP Tuesday, August 11 (Due to school preview nights in Cape Girardeau)
Thursday, August 13: 6-8pm
