Registration Now Set for the Fall 2013 Season

Hey Hey......  all you CYTF'ers...... Registration for the fall 2013 season is nearing! All of the forms needed to register are located to the RIGHT of this page under the "Forms" section. the top one is the one you need to register each player!

REGISTRATION DATES:

All registration dates have been set. All registration will take place at the OSAGE CENTRE in Cape Girardeau (along North Kings Highway). These dates are:

Saturday, Aug 3; 9am - Noon - ALREADY COMPLETED!

ONLY THREE LEFT!!!!

Wednesday, August 7; 6-8pm

Saturday, August 17; 2-4pm

Late Registration date: *Wednesday August 21; 6-8pm
* A $20.00 LATE FEE is assessed for any registrations after August 17.

ALL Players MUST register on-site at one of the dates listed above. At registrations, you will be weighed and issued equipment (helmet, mouthpiece, shoulder pads, pants). Players must provide their own shoes (molded cleats preferred -no steel-tipped cleats may be used). Upon being weighed, these will be the official weights for the Fall 2013 season.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:

CYTF has available sponsorship opportunities for companies and individuals. For just $350.00, you may become a CYTF sponsor. CYTF honors their year sponsors with commercials during games, promotion, company names on jerseys, and recognition throughout the day at CYTF Champions Day at Cape Central High School. The "Sponsorship Form" is located in the "Forms Section" to the right on this page!

BACKGROUND CHECKS:

Any volunteer or coach MUST complete a mandatory background check to assist with CYTF. This is a precaution for all kids participating and parents alike. If you plan on coaching or working in any capacity with CYTF, a background check form will be required. This form is located in the "Forms Section: on the CYTF website as well. Once completed, please bring and give to Casey Sheehan or Marsha Medlin at a practice.

GENTLY USED CLEATS NEEDED:

If you have cleats that are maybe too small, please consider bringing them to a registration to exchange or donate. There is no charge for this service! If you are in need of cleats, please check at the registration table prior to purchasing.
