In this defensive battle, Merrill Lynch defeated Andy's for the third time in the season. Andy's put up a valiant defensive effort during the game, but in the end could not hold off the Broncos. The Packers had a chance to score at the end of the game, but their drive came up short. Merrill Lynch ended up 5-1 on the season and Andy's finished the season 3-3.

In the Big League consolation game, the BP Bears held the Buccaneers to win 13-0.
