Broncos and Colts Remain Undefeated After Games on October 12

October 12 CYTF action saw two teams remain undefeated and go 3-0 in their respective divisions:

Big League

Merrill Lynch Broncos 12 VFW Post 3838 Buccaneers 0

The Broncos, still unscored upon for the entire season, got two scores and defeated a stingy Bucs (0-3) team bent on their first win of the year. TJ Pullen scored on a long sweep that he reversed to lead the Broncos to a 3-0 slate.

Andy's Frozen Custard Packers 14 Broadway Prescription Bears 7

The Packers improved to 2-1 and came from behind to defeat the Bears (1-2) on Sunday. It was a tight game throughout and a stingy Packers defense held off a late Bear rally to preserve the victory.

Little League

SEMO Student Aquatic Center Seahawks 25 Rhodes 101 Raiders 7

The Seahawks (1-2) got their first win of the season as they defeated the Raiders (0-3) in a battle of teams looking for their first wins on Sunday.

Cape Care for Women (CCFW) 20 Sailer Roofing Saints 18

In a great game on Sunday, the Colts held off a late rally by the Saints who scored on the last play of the game. Needing to go for a two-point conversion to tie, the Colts held defensively, to win the game and improve to 3-0 for the season. The Saints suffered their first loss of the year and fell to 2-1.
